Soft stroks of green accentuate the sun-lite breadfruit, know in Hawaiian as "Ulu." Do not forget it was this not so simple breadfruit that brought Captain Cook to the South Pacific Islands. The people of the Pacific, to this day, still eat this sustainable fruit, grown on a tree. Except Hawaiians, some believe this is saved for the Menehune, the small peoples that were here before the Hawaiians.
